AH SERIES FULL CONE NOZZLES/ DISC VANE
Features: AH series full cone spray nozzles, exclude traditional water inlet in the center of the whirl vane, but special designed an internal disc vane which added brand new whirl style. This kind of design can not only improve the uniform value of the spray largely but also assures for an excellent resistance to clogging effectively. AH series full cone spray nozzles are widely applied in cooling of the steel casting devices all over the world.
The brand new design of disc vane uses a series of peripheral grooves to lead the water stream to flow into the nozzle in a high rotary velocity. And produce an uniform full cone spray angle after spray out by mix and impact in the center of the mixing chamber inside of the nozzle.
Capacity range: from 2.1 to 15.4 liter per minute at pressure of 3 bar
