The saw blade steel body is 75Cr1. And carbide tip is K01,imported ones.
The advantage of our TCT saw blade is as below.
1.The material is imported one.The steel body is 75Cr1,the carbide tip is Luxemburg,K01 etc,welded with siver- brazed slice.
2.It is welded and grinded by CNC automatic machine,not by hand.
3.The vertical jump is less than ±0.02mm,flap less than ±0.01mm.The tolerance is controlled to be minimum.
