After assembling

Description:

1. The tool box can be disassembled to pieces: two side panel, back panel, upper tray,

drawers and chassis. These parts a re connected with rivet and screw.

2. Drawers also can be disassembled into three parts: outside panel, inner panel and a

tray.

3. Drawers with three parts ball bearing slide. Each one can bear 45KG. Drawers are 90%
extension.

4. Technological process: degreasing------ rust cleaning------ phosphating

----- power coating------backing with high temperature.

5. It reduces the packing size and save more shipping freight greatly after disassembling.

For example: one 20” container can just take 100 units whole one.

While, it can take 240 units disassembled one.

6. Customers can choose material, size, drawer quantity and colors as they like.

7. Casters also can be choosed. like 3" inch caster and 4" inch deluxe type.

8. Cover and outside drawer are made with 1.0mm thickness cold rolled steel,

Other parts are 0.8mm thickness.

9. Cver and drawers are controlled by one lock, opening and closing easily. Can adjust

The condition of lock when close the cover.

10. Cover is supported by two gas shock bars and stainless steel hinge.
