SHIPPING AND HANDING

1. Items will be sent within 3-5 business days once payment cleared .
2. We will offer the tracking number for you to check the status of your goods online . We almost ship the item(s) to all over the world directly by EMS, DHL or TNT. It will take about 5 to 7 working days to reach you ,but some times ,it will take more for custom to handle it ,so you should wait 2-3 days more .
3. International transport some times will cause custom tax , we are not responsible for this ,buyer should handle this .
4. All items are inspected for damage or defects prior to leaving our warehouse. Contact us immediately if shipping damage is discovered. Please DO NOT send the products back to us without any notice, you need to contact us by email or calling in time.

RETURN METHOD

1. Buyer should check the package once receiving. If the package damaged during the freight, please refuse to sign for the package and it will return to us. Then contact us promptly. Any other inquiries about return, please contact us.

2. We accept returns within 10 days after items received, and buyers get a full refund but buyer /customer need to pay the shipping fees for returning fees and the fees when we send you.

3. We ONLY accept the return for original package. Please make sure the item have NO man-made sabotage. If you need to return, please check twice to confirm the item not work and contact us immediately, let us know the detailed problem and send us some pictures for confirmation.
