Vitrified products have the features of sharp cutting , high efficiency ,long life ,less heat and jam generated in grinding ,wheels according to the standard GB /T6409.2-1996.The diameter range is     

8-750 mm: the thickness range is 1-300  mm  ,the grit size range is 60/70~ W3.5,We can also design and make nonstandard grinding wheels according to customers ′requirement .

* APPLICATION

Vitrified diamond products:  Mainly used for machining tungsten carbide ,PCD,PCBN, ceramic, cermets ,etc

Vitrified CBN products:   Mainly used for machining cast iron (allow cast iron ,chilled cast iron ,nodular cast iron ,etc),steel(45#,55#,20Cr,etc).

Ceramic bond /vitrified grinding wheel, use cubic boron carbide as raw material, use metal powder, ceramic powder, resin as bonded type, sintering as different kind types, different shape grinding wheel used for different workpiece to grinding and polishing.

This wheels keeps the hardness of the vitrified grinding wheels, and low sintering temperature, high strength, toughness control abrasive performance is good, and heat resistance, oil resistance has, water resistant, acid and alkali resistant, from sharp the gender is good, can trim, trim interval long, even for cooling, porosity, scraps discharge, etc.
