RFQ500/600/700/800C Hot cutting machine for zip lock bags

Usage:

This machine is a bag making machine specially designed for PE Zip lock bag ,adopting computer controlling system, Panasonic converter, an chuan servo motor, electric-eye tracking, and Φ5 perforating machine etc high-tech congratulation.

This machine can produce various kinds and different colors zip lock bags.

Characteristic:

1. This machine adopts the touch screen PLC computer controlling system, Panasonic converter and YASKAWA servo motor, which guarantee to control the machine and make high quality bags.
2. This machine adopts the reinforcing rib silicon conveyer whose thickness is 5mm in order to fit to the zipper strip part of the zip lock bag, and it adopts embossing aluminum platen to seal and cut the bag more firmly, neatly and beautifully.
3. The transmission chaining parts of the hot cutting has been changed to the international standard type of steel shaft linear bearing bars, which can avoid the damage or deformation of the transmission chaining parts as a result of forgetting to add oil to the hot cutting that also can affect the quality of the making the bags.
4. The transmission chaining part of this machine has been changed to the swing type of transmission that three-side sealing machine adopts, instead of the eccentric wheel transmission. The whole machine is welded by the 14mm entirety sheet iron instead of U-bar welded. The cutting knife part adopts steel plate bridge type beam, which make the machine stable, and make the speed quicker.
