Super hard Diamond/CBN grinding wheels

The grinding part mainly use diamond or CBN to have a great grinding and polishing efficiency.

The bond material can be resin , ceramic, metal,electroplated.

Mainly used to process glass ,steel, stone,and polishing worlpiece's surface.

Resin bond products series

The resin bond products have the features of good self-sharpening, sharp cutting, high efficiency, low roughness of work piece surface, few heat generating and without burning workpiece. Our institute is able to provide resin bond superabrasive grinding wheels according to the standard GB/T6409.2-1996. The diameter range is 10~700mm;the thickness range is 0.07~300mm;the grit size range is 60/70~W3.5. We can also design and make nonstandard grinding wheels according to customer’s requirement.

Application

Resin bond diamond products: mainly used for machining tungsten carbide , ceramic materials, magnetic materials, silicon materials, silicon materials, thermal spraying alloy materials and so on.

Resin bond CBN products: mainly used for machining high speed steel, cast iron and so on.

Vitrified products series

Vitrified products have the features of sharp cutting , high efficiency ,long life ,less heat and jam generated in grinding ,wheels according to the standard GB /T6409.2-1996.The diameter range is

8-750 mm: the thickness range is 1-300 mm ,the grit size range is 60/70~ W3.5,We can also design and make nonstandard grinding wheels according to customers ′requirement .

Vitrified diamond products: Mainly used for machining tungsten carbide ,PCD,PCBN, ceramic, cermets ,etc

Vitrified CBN products: Mainly used for machining cast iron (allow cast iron ,chilled cast iron ,nodular cast iron ,etc),steel(45#,55#,20Cr,etc).

Metal bond products series

The features of the metal bond products are high efficiency, good self sharpening ,high stock removal ,strong hold and good abrasion resistance .

Our institute is able to provide metal bond superabrasive grinding wheels according to the according to the standard GB /T6409.2-1996.The diameter range is%6-500mm:the thickness range is 0.07-300mm:the grit size range is 30/35~W3.5.We can also design and make nonstandard grinding wheels according to customers’ requirement .

Metal bond CBN products: Mainly used for machining high speed steel ,tool steel, mould steel, stainless steel, titanium alloy and so on .

Electroplated products

The electroplated grinding wheels have characteristics of high grain density ,sharp grinding ,high efficiency, good precision ,without dressing etc. The product can be made with various shapes and they other form grinding which have strict requirement on geometry and a lot of tools which are difficult to process with other methods can be solved here .are suitable for special complicated profile , super-thin ,especially small and other form grinding which have strict requirement on geometry shape and dimension ,Therefore it improves the process efficiency and a lot of tools which are difficult to process with other methods can be solved here .

* APPLICATION

Electroplated diamond products: Mainly used for machining nonmetals with high rigidity like ceramics ,glass ,tungsten carbide ,ferrite and so on .

Electroplated CBN products :Mainly used for machining metallic material such as chilled cast iron ,founded alloy steel ,titanium alloy and so on .

Electroplated products

We can produce high precision dressing rollers with inner galvanizing (UZ) methods .For example ,we can supply complicated multiteeth rollers with small radius RO.1 and teeth distance less 1mm and heavy grinding rollers with height more than 200mm and height diameter ratio bigger than `.5.This product is the best dressing tool for high precision and high efficiency form grinding .

Our dressing rollers produced with outer galvanizing methods are used for dressing vitrified CBN grinding wheel s and internal mounted .Its features are high dressing efficiency and good straightness.
