Our company has developed new bottle brushes, which have been tested by Tsingtao Beer, Yanjing Beer and other factories with bottle washing needs, and have been proven to be able to be used for 8 consecutive hours without deforming. The brushes are wear, acid and alkali resistant with beautiful appearance. They can clean bottles thoroughly and prevent stopping for replacement, so as to increase production efficiency and save production time and labor on a large scale.
The products have 800-1,000 hours of wear-resistance during continuous operation of the brushing machine at a line speed of 30m/min. Temperature and acid resistant as they are, these products can work without hair loss or any significant residual curl.
Material of the base: Stainless steel, electrolytic plate, galvanized plate and low carbon steel plate.
Materials for brushes: PA, PBT, PE, PP, PVC, steel wire, copper wire, arenga engleri, horsehair and various animal hair and vegetable wool.
Wire diameters of materials: For PA, PBT, PE, PP and PVC the maximum diameter is 1.2mm; for copper and steel wire the maximum diameter is 0.5mm; and for vegetable wool and animal hair the maximum diameter is 1.5mm.
Applications: Dustproofing, sealing, retaining, cleaning, polishing etc.
Brush hair materials: Copper wire, steel wire, nylon wire, silicon carbide abrasive wire, pig bristles, horsehair, wool, sisal, arenga engleri, etc.Strip brush body materials: Stainless steel sheet, galvanized sheet, aluminum alloy, nylon sheet, pp board, pvc board, wood and so on.
For strip brushes, there are two types: U shape and h shape. The length and thickness of brush hair are optional.
Note: We can provide products of different specifications based on customers' drawings and samples. The quantity is not a problem. Because the strip brush is non-standard product, the specifications and materials may vary from one to another, so the price is negotiable.
