Hard alloy drill bit is main tool in impacted drilling. We produce chisel bit, cross bit, three wing bit and button bit, etc.
Choose proper drill bit and hard alloy
Choose hard alloy type and drill bit type according to the drilling rig type, performance, rock hardness, toughness, wind pressure (water pressure). For example, chisel bit is suitable for formation without fracture development. Cross bit, three-wing bit is applied to all kinds of rock drilling, especially to hard and super hard rock with strong fracture development. Button bit is applied to almost all kinds of rock except for high hardness rock.
Usage and notes:
1.The taper of drill bit and drilling rig matched. The matching length is not shorter than 25mm.
2.Use rod unloader to discharge the drill rod. Hammer is strictly prohibited in the discharging process.
3.Grinding of the drill bit
Control the drill footage when using leaf bit. If the drilling speed becomes slow and and obtuse angle width of the bit Δ≥2.5mm, grind the bit in time with 46-60 silicon carbide abrasive wheel, the linear speed of which is not slower than 18m/s.
