This series of PDC cutter is featured with high performance, they are composed of Diamond and kentanium and sintered under high-temperature and high-pressure. They are designed for PDC oil field drilling bits.
The PDC cutter features
(1) Long life-Employing new sinter technics firms the bonding of diamond particles. The abrasion resistance has a vast increase, with 2-3mm of the diamond layer, this assure the diamond compact cutter has a longer life.
(2) Higher impact resistance-The beveled interface of diamond layer and tungsten carbide, reduces reidual stress of PDC diamond compact cutter, and increase impact resistance.
(3) Themal stability-the resist temperature reaches700°C,which makes reliable quality and better performance when PDC used in the drilling bits.
