Mixing nozzle

Feature:

The mixing nozzles attach to the Dispensers. The mixng nozzles keep parts A and B of the adhesive separate until they meet inside the static mixer. As a result of this design, the static mixer prevents cross contamination and curing of the A and B components at the interface (where the dispenser and static mixer connect.) This eliminates the common unwanted curing problems that typically occur at that interface when using traditional meter, mix, and dispense equipment.

when used with meter-mix and dispense equipment, provide a low-cost solution for two-component mixing. The mixer element is moulded in polyacetal to allow for a high pressure differential associated with meter-mix equipment.

Static mixers feature simple bayonet type twist-lock attachment. The first element automatically aligns itself and presses against the dividing wall of the outlet, separating part A and part B. As a result of this patented design, the mixer prevents curing at the outlet/mixer interface.

Intended use

The mixing nozzle is used to mix the 2-component adhesives(dental impression materialfrom the cartridges conveniently uniform mixing 1:1.
