This Wide Double Belt Sander. This machine suits for thickness sanding,fine sanding and polish the surface of other various boards.
Adopt pressure shoe and pressure roller composite structure and with centi-gauge to do precise adjustment,which can reslove board deformation and the phenomenon of cutting the front and the rear of the short work piece comletely.
Feed table lifting adopts computer digit comtrol,which possess easy operation and high accuracy rating.
The rollers covered with a large square of rubber have a good stability.
An advanced designed hydraulic driving device completely settle belt slipping and stroking while running.
The work of sanding belt adopts pneumatic control without the impact of dust and power-cutting.
When the air pressure is lack or the belt is parted,the machine stops automatcally to ensure safety.
To adopt belt cleaning device automatically cleans belt while working to prolong the belt life.
