2) With special diamond brazing technology, diamond is firmly brazed onto the center, which makes its cutting efficiency higher, working life longer, cost lower and performance higher.
3) Vacuum Brazed Router Bits grind in almost half the time of sintered bond router bits. Since they never loose their shape, they can be used as Pos.2# to correct the profiles made by a worn out sintered bond router bit. Sometimes,they are also capable of the aggressive work as Pos.1#.
4) These bits come with three grit sizes: Coarse,Middle and Fine. The spindle thread is M10 or M8. And the thickness is available from 5mm to 50mm.
