common sense of using and maintenance:

1.normal safety precautions

1)forbid to use indoor

2)stay away from inflammables at least 1 meter

3)while fueling up ,forbid smoking,stop engine from performing and no fuel to overflow

4)while working,wear protection glasses and protection facilities.

Please don't use without protection.

5)hands and feet are away from machine before operating and stoping.

2.Check before operating

1)check fuel level from external fuel tank. If it's low,please fuel up to maximun with gas:oil=25:1

2)check air filter,clean it if there is dirty

3)check throttle cable has free space at the bottom,and whether handle operates

smooth and steady.

4)check blade,whether it has flaw or gap,it bends or wears out.

Change a new one if needed. Check the nuts whether they are loose,need to screw nut if loose.

5)check cutter guard whether it is loose,screw nuts if needed.

check protection guard whether it damaged or not,change it if needed.

3.maintenance

1)take spark plug apart to clean carbon deposit,measure (electrode) gap between 0.6mm-0.7mm

2)check fuel filter and clean fuel tank,pour out the fuel,take out the filter then clean it softly,

clear away the water the dirt in the fuel tank.

3)check whether the heat sink is dirty through engine hood,clear it if it's dirty

4)check fuel pipe,change it if it is aging or leak oil.

5)change blade in time

4.conservation

Put the fuel out of fuel tank .Press injection pump several times and empty the fuel tank,

assemble blade lid on the blade,then put the brush cutter in a clean place.

The machine could use for more time if you do so.
