1.Description:
Rubber seal bearing bits are sealed by rubber of special type “O”. In the condition of the normal rotary speed,the bearings can stand high drilling pressure. The inner surface of the cone has been treated with special technique in order to improve sliding nature of the bearing. And every quality is improved greatly.
a. An o-ring type seal with high saturation nitrile butadiene rubber improves the reliability of the bearing seal.
b. Because of adapting high strength and toughness cemented carbide teeth,the shock resistance has been increased and the rate of the tooth breaking off has been decreased.
c. The hard satellite material is bonded within the groove in the axis of the legs and the bearing contact surface. The special craft process has been applied in the inner surface of the cone which increases the ability of resisting occlusion and enhances the longevity of the bearings.
d. Optimized tooth number of cone and height of tooth improves the total cutting property and footage amount.
e. High-performance lubricant grease has been applied in bearing which can lubricate and protect the bearings.
