Instructions:
1. Place webbing around filter and take up slack by turning the bar in a Counter Clockwise Direction using a screwdriver or wrench. Continue filter breaks loose
2. Make sure old gasket is removed with filter.
3. Clean filter mounting base
4. Install new filter following manufactures instructions
