1. FOREWORD

JCZ(CZ) series marine axial-flow fan or simply the ventilator is capable of blowing air, ocean air containing salt vapour, and corrosive air containing a small quantity of oil vapour. They are suitable for cabin air ventilation and exchange on oceangoing vessels. They are also applicable in other places that suit.

The ventilator is designed and manufactured according to GB11864 Marine axial flow fans andThe Rules and classification of Sea-going Steel ships approved by the Register of the Peoples Republic of China.

3. CHARACTERISTICS

4. STRUCTURE TYPE

The ventilator is manufactured with a built-in casing motor structure. The vane wheel is directly mounted on the motor shaft.

The vane wheel is made of anti-corrosive case aluminum alloy while the casing is made of welded common steel.

As desired, the casing can either be made into an integral one or an open type along the axial direction. In the later case, the vane wheel and the casing so as to bring convenience for on-the-spot repair and the replacement of its spare parts.

Viewed from the motor side, the vane wheel rotates clockwise while in service the ventilator is allowed to rotate reversely.

The ventilator can be matched with marine DC motor of 380V, 50HZ or 440V,60HZ.

6. Introduction for ordering

6.1 Please introduce the model, flow prate, pressure, speed and structure of fan50HZ or 60HZ.

6.2 If the fan on the deck, according to relevant provisions of the chassis thickness.

6.3 Please offer insulation class and protection class for fan motor (if not, the insulation class is B, protection class is IP44).

6.4 Our factory can offer the fans of special specification and usage according to the user's demands.

6.5 We are responsible for the repair, exchange and return of the products Within 18 months.

7. Use and maintenance

7.1 Before installing the fans, should check whether each part is intact, whether the components are complete, whether the impeller and casing rotating direct are concordant.

7.2 When installing the duct of the inlet and outlet, should make the duct and fans be spontaneous identical, not join them forcing, not bring the weight of duct on the fans.

7.3After installed the fans, check whether there is friction of collide between the impeller and the fixed parts by rotating the impeller. If collision, friction, loud noise or strong vibration happened, the fan should be restart after checking. Avoid the fan being bumped and other substance or liquid entered the fans. Please clean the dust on blade of impeller in time, so as not to break the balance and strengthen the noise.

7.4 The fans should be started-up while the inlet is opening,

7.5After the fans wiring, the terminal box should be sealed, avoid the air or water in it.

7.6As the fans operating, the motor electric current should be control strictly, not exceed the rated electric current. Avoid the motor burning,

7.7The fans maintain must be done on stop working time. When burning, after check, should whether the every part of fans is normal.

7.8As some fault occurred in fans operating, should find out the reason in time and think a way of resolution.
