We are pleased to inform you that, we are leading manufacturers of nkp Brand Thread Cutting Dies & Hex Die-Nuts both in HSS and ALLOY STEEL for the last 30 years.

We manufacture Dies/Die Nuts to various standards, such as, IS, DIN, BS, AMERICAN as well as to customers specifications/drawings.

We generally supply Cut Thread Split Dies. However, ground threads Dies (lapped finish). Gun Nose Dies can also be supplied.

Generally HSS Dies are manufactured out of M2 grade material; however, dies in 5% Co. (M35) and TIN Coated can also be supplied.

We have vide range of Thread forms standard as well as non-standard - RH as well as LH sizes from 1/8(3mm) to 4 (100 mm) in COARSE as well as FINE pitches. We produce different Thread Forms, such as, BSW, BSF, UNF, UNC, UNEF, UN, NS, WHITHWORTH FINE, METRIC(FINE, COARSE), BSP BSC, BSCON, BSCY, ME, Pg, NPT, BSPT, ACME, BUTTRESS, ETC.

Generally dies supplied are cut threads, split, and thread produced are to medium/6g/2A tolerance. However, Company is specialized in manufacturing dies to various thread tolerance such as 2A, 3A, 6g, 8g, 4h, 6h, 6e, etc. Dies suitable to cut S.S., Brass, Copper, and Aluminum can be supplied.

MULTI START DIES also can be produced as per requirements.

The company is having in house facility for all machining, and heat-treatment.

It is also equipped with Thread Grinding facility and Carl Zeiss Tool makers Microscopes for inspection so that each master tap is checked for thread form as well as pitch error. Also the deliveries of special dies/thread forms are faster as company do not have to depend on outside help.

Please note, our HSS Dies/Die Nuts have Ground Relief which is unique feature that gives better cutting efficiency and improved thread finish.
