Roots blower

Re-circulated and cooling vertical-type roots blower:

• Low Noise: The two-stage muffling and the soundproof room of the inlet and the erect silencer of the outlet will low down the noise effectively.
• High Efficiency: The symmetrical design of the lobe with the CNC manufacturing will make the roots blower more efficiency.
• To cool down the bearing compulsively by the cold air: Making the cold air from the inlet around the bearing to avoid the high temperature damaging and the lubrication deteriorating. Therefore, the duration to replace the oil will be extended.
• Small Vibration & Long Durability: Due to the vertical design of the blower, the lobe with the precise calibrating and the fixed of the special disk- shape leaf spring, the vibration of the blower is under 15μm.
• Save space: This blower connects with the vertical motor and the inlet and outlet silencers are erect designed, so it is no need to occupy much space to fix the machine.
• Reverse Protected Device: The reverse protected device will prevent the blower damage from motor reversing.
• Self Adjustment of Air Flow: You can choose the unit to adjust the capacity. (Optional accessory)
• Adoption of Full Close Outdoor Motor: Even if the blower is placed outdoors, it won’t suffer from weather. (For blower to be installed in outdoor)
• No need to replace belt permanently: The blower works via coupling rotating directly, so it’s no need to use belt and it will prevent the air pollution from the belt powder.
• No need to fix: The blower is stable with the special anti-vibration device, so it is no need to pipe and the installation is easy.
