Pipe Bender

KM TNC bender is a single axis bending machine which can finish a single bend automatically. After loading tube into the machine, the bend arm will rotate clockwise to the angle set in the control unit. After inputting data and loading the tube, use the foot pedal to start a cycle. The working steps are:

A. reaction slide block forward

B. Clamp

C. Bending arm starts to rotate (together with follower slide)

D. Anticipated mandrel retraction

E. Bending arm stops

F. Clamp back (together with reaction slide back)

G. Tube unload

H. Foot pedal

I. Bend arm back (follower slid back)

G. Mandrel forward.

Load new tube and repeat A-G to start a new cycle.
