During the preparation of Metallography samples, the rubbing and polishing of the sample are two very important processes; usually adopts Metallography sample pre-rubbing machine and Metallography sample polishing to finish. In order to meet the requirements of customers, our company newly designed and produced YMP-1A double speed rubbing and polishing machine. This machine’s appearance is novel and esthetic, dirt collection dish and cover adopt glass fiber reinforced plastic. This machine is durable in use, it is extremely convenient to safeguard and maintain, change the rubbing, polishing or grinding dish can finish all process such as rough rubbing, fine rubbing, dry rubbing, wet rubbing and grinding and polishing of various samples. In order to expand the requirements of preparation of different kind of samples, the diameters of rubbing, polishing dish of this machine are greater than the domestic same products’. There are various choices of more different linear velocity on the working range, it can increase 20-30% of effective working range, can improve the rubbing and polishing quality and preparation apparatus of the sample.
This machine can customize basic rotational speed to 500/1000; there also has 400/800r/min, 300/600r/min or 200/400r/min, for users to choose while ordering.
