1. APPLICATION

CWLCXL series small marine centrifugal fans is capable of blowing air, ocean air containing salt vapour, and corrosive air which contains oil vapour.

It can be used for ventilation of kitchen, toilet, wardrobe, meeting room and each cabin, as well as other suitable place land chemical industry and metallurgy.

This series fans with Explosion-proof motors can delivered gas mixtures or vapour containing combustibles and explosives, it can run normally at danger field.

CWLCXL series fans fit with Marine three-phase tiny asynchronous motors. Its power can be 380/220V and 50/60Hz.(For some specific fans with YB series motor, its power cant be 220V).

4. WORKING PRINCIPLE AND STRUCTURE TYPE

The CWLCXL series marine small centrifugal fans are a kind of high efficiently fans. They are equipped with marine three-phase tiny asynchronous motors. The impellers of fans are consisting of strong foreword poly blades. The air enter the blade-passage from axial direction and produce energy by the centrifugal force, it is compressed and enter the pipeline from radial direction.

The CWLCXL type fan is horizontal structure type, the impeller is mounted directly on the motor shaft.

The impeller is rivet jointed structure and the casing and entrance are welded structure.

The impeller must be correct by static and dynamic balance (adopted the method of adding weight.)

The fan can be made for left or right rotation:

Left rotation viewed from the motor side, the impeller rotates anti clock-wise and indicated as L; right rotation-viewed from the motor side, the impeller rotates clock-wise and indicated as R.

The outlet position of fan is made into the following main type. In conformity with the requirement, the outlet position is allowed to adopt other types, the step angle of which is 30°or 22.5°.

6. Introduction for ordering

6.1 Please introduce the model, flow prate, pressure, speed and structure of fan50HZ or 60HZ..

6.2 Please offer insulation class and protection class for fan motor (if not, the insulation class is B, protection class is IP44).

6.3Our factory can offer the fans of special specification and usage according to the user's demands.

6.4 We are responsible for the repair, exchange and return of the products Within 18 months.

7. Use and maintenance

7.1 Before installing the fans, should check whether each part is intact, whether the components are complete, whether the impeller and casing rotating direct are concordant.

7.2 The air enter the fan from axial direction and come out through the impeller. It can be used for left or right rotation.

7.3 When installing the duct of the inlet and outlet, should make the duct and fans be spontaneous identical, not join them forcing, not bring the weight of duct on the fans.

7.4After installed the fans, check whether there is friction of collide between the impeller and the fixed parts by rotating the impeller. If collision, friction, loud noise or strong vibration happened, the fan should be restart after checking. Avoid the fan being bumped and other substance or liquid entered the fans. Please clean

the dust on blade ofimpeller in time, so as not to break the balance and strengthen the noise.

7.5The fans should be start-up without load. Before the fans started, should close the inlet or the adjust fittings. After operating, start to turn on it until to the formulary work state.

7.6The impellers rotating direct and the direct of the arrow should be concordant.

7.7After the fans wiring, the terminal box should be sealed, avoid the air or water in it.

7.8As the fans operating, the motor electric current should be control strictly, not exceed the rated electric current. Avoid the motor burning,

7.9The fans maintain must be done on stop working time. When burning, after check, should whether the every part of fans is normal.

7.10 As some fault occurred in fans operating, should find out the reason in time and think a way of resolution.
