SG series roller bits are one of our traditional products.

1. The sealing reliability is improved by adopting the highly saturated nitrile butadiene rubber and the optimal seal and compression rate.

2. It can work in high temperature of 260°C.

3. The use of the novel low wear lubricating oil improves the seal and lubricating performance of the drill bits.

4. The column is arranged in the groove of the cutter shell to increase the diameter of the shaft journal, and satisfy the technology conditions for high speed drilling, thereby having the characteristics of high temperature resistance and being operated under various bad operation conditions.

Advantages:

Trimming teeth are arranged between the gauge compact and the outer row teeth, thereby reducing the abrasion between the back cone teeth and the cone shell, optimizing the shape of the teeth, reinforcing the surfacing material, and raising the rate of penetration by more than 15%.

The optimal hydraulic design enhances cross-flow speed in the down hole, and effectively raises the rate of penetration. A central nozzle is arranged in the drill bit with a large diameter to strengthen the cleaning to the bit teeth and effectively protect the drill bit from bit balling.
