Drill bit is the key part of gun drill. Due to its unique and scientific combination structure, it plays the role of not only cutwork but also self-orientation, and can create high-precision deep holes through the linear penetration. There are two basic degrees for drill bits, which can be properly combined according to the materials and forms of workpieces to be cut, so as to better balance the cutting force and break chips, and transmit the cutting force to support shoulders to ensure good straightness and axiality. Drill bit has a small backtaper degree and its diameter is slightly large by comparing to the blade, which can guarantee the drill can rotate freely inside the cutting hole and will not rub the cutting surfaces of inside walls of holes. According to different requirements, the blade can be connected to the oil path of blade through the channel with single circular hole, kidney-shaped hole or two circular holes. C-type: standard type, suitable for processing steel and aluminum materials.
D-type: suitable for processing gray cast iron and ductile cast iron with smaller tolerance margin.
G-type: suitable for processing stainless steel and high strength materials.
When ordering, indicate the information of materials to be processed, especially stainless steel and red copper materials that are hard for chip-breaking, so as to determine a reasonable angle for grinding.
