5. Operating Guide
Install the welding machine in the welder splint, fasten it if needed ,adjust the right position, switching on the power, air compressor and the water pump
1) Loosen the rob of controlling core bits diameter, on the largest of its location
2) Switche the electrical control to the minimum position , adjust the 3 grasp Chuck radial hand wheel adjustment for a three-jaw chuck is located in the central bearing;
3)fix the core bits tube with the 3 grasp chuck radial hand wheel
4) Sswitche the electrol control to the suitable location
5) Adjust the 3 grasp Chuck radial hand wheel for fixed bit tube contact welding shelves in the tube compress wheel (to contact force);
6) Transferred in diameter rod suitable location so that the tubecompress away from the tube 30 mm or so, Locking in diameter rod locking screw;
7) Opened the round compress the matrix switch the cylinder, so that the substrate clamping down on the collective round, Indexing hand turn round a week (if ineffective rotation matrix, appropriate adjustments being arrested Chuck clamping position);
