The three performance:
(1)impact ressistance
the side can stand the impact up to 200 times, the spherical surface can stand
and the common PDC can only have 50 times, more than 1000 times of impacts
of impact.
(2)wear resssistance
The abrasion ressistance is highly improved by using the superfined diamond powder and adding some special activated elements and adopting special technology of synthesis. Its wear ratio is up to 500,000 which is twice as the common PDC.
(3)Thermal stability
special helmet design, so that the stress on the surface will be eliminated and dispersed. There is a special layer called “transition layer” which helpd to improve the thermal stability and bond strength of this product.
