A. Installation and wire connection the Manicure nail drill & Dental polishing machine :

1,Connect the 5-pin plug of the Manicure nail drill & Dental polishing machine portable grinding head /hand piece to the OUTPUT socket at the main panel .

2,Connect the Manicure nail drill & Dental polishing machine pedal switch to the FOOT S/W socket.

3,Select grinding mould of different sizes according to actual requirements, and fasten it into the front of the portable grinding head of the Manicure nail drill & Dental polishing machine .

4,Switch the speed control of the Manicure nail drill & Dental polishing machine to the left.

5,Connect with the main source power for the Manicure nail drill & Dental polishing machine .

B. Manicure nail drill & Dental polishing machine operation :

1,Press the Manicure nail drill & Dental polishing machine funtion switch on the right to HAND for manual control ,the indicator of the Manicure nail drill & Dental polishing machine will be on.

2,Turn the Manicure nail drill & Dental polishing machine SPEED CONTROL to the right to accelerate the grinding head.

3,When the funtion switch of Manicure nail drill & Dental polishing machine is pressed to FOOT,step on the pedal the speed will be acceleerated,and loose the foot,the speed will decrease(foot switch is optional)

4,The turning directions of this Manicure nail drill & Dental polishing machine can be swapped: FWD means chockwise direction and REV means counterclosckwise direction.

5,Adjust the speed of the Manicure nail drill & Dental polishing machine grinding head within a resonable range.

C.Instructions of this Manicure nail drill & Dental polishing machine :

1,Don’t change the turning directions of this Manicure nail drill & Dental polishing machine too frequently,otherwise it will damage the grinding head of Manicure nail drill & Dental polishing machine .

2,Turn the Manicure nail drill & Dental polishing machine SPEED CONTROL counterclockwise to decelerate the grinding head to the minimum before turning off and switch the main power source to O .

3,After the Manicure nail drill & Dental polishing machine operation,put the grinding head on the top of the main panel.

4,While the grinding head of the Manicure nail drill & Dental polishing machine is in operation,never pull out the 5-pin plug of the portable grinding head.

5,For long idle time of the Manicure nail drill & Dental polishing machine ,pls.disconnect the source power.
