HW/AK Series Long Body Descaling Flat Jet Tips

3D distribution test of the nozzle's impact value

Perfect high pressure descaling nozzle must be approved by professional design and test. The high pressure descaling nozzles produced by YBSCO China were all tested by 3D distribution test of the nozzles' impact value in a percentage of 100 so as to make sure all the nozzles can support precise capacity, accurate spray angle and good impact.

Capacity range: from 14.2 to 158 liter per minute at pressure of 140 bar

Body material: SUS303 stainless steel

Nozzle tip material: SUS420 stainless steel and tungsten carbide

Features: HW/AK series high pressure descaling flat jet tips adopt a system of face-type spray angle positioned with its nozzle and special joint. Which can ensure the spray staying in the original direction in a percentage of 100, so as to avoiding the efficiency of the descaling by spray overlapping in mistake. Besides, the copper washer between nozzle and special joint can adjust and ensure the straightness of the nozzle's outlet direction. Moreover, cope with flow stabilizer and filter in the inlet the nozzle can support a stable and clean water in any time.
