FRP GRP SMC Caninet Meter Box

SMC is the abbreviation of sheet molding compound. The full name is unsaturated polyester fiberglass reinforced compound.

It is made up of unsaturated resin (as adhesive), e-glass fiber (as reinforced material) and various fillings and additives.

Water tank panel for GRP water tank, Septic tank panel, Dome-shaped ceiling sheet, automotive part , electrial box, glare shield panel , cable holder,cabinets ...we could do both semi-finished products and finished products according to client's requirements .

3. Physical Properties

- Glass fiber content : 30%~33% (standard), custom-made content available

- Glass fiber length: 1 inch, custom-made length available

- Aging Viscosity at 40C: 40~50 kPa.s

- Unit weight : 4.0~4.3 kg/m2, custom-made weight available

- Sheet width: 1,000 mm (standard), max. 1200 mm
