Profile is a kind of ornamental made by stone or other architectural materials. For the natural stone, it must be processed from molding, finishing to polishing and some other procedures, and will be decorative.
The profiles can be processed through milling with numerical control machine tool, but the way of most simple, reliable, extensive and lowest in cost is molding with diamond profile wheel and grinding with diamond flexible pad.
The tools for processing profiles are: sintered wheel, brazed wheel, electroplated wheel, carborundum resin grinding wheel, diamond bond resin grinding wheel and so on.
