Granite Wire Saw
Introduction:
Mainly used for quarrying granite.Compared with the traditional quarrying way, wire saw has many advantages, such as energy saving,high efficiency,lower quarrying cost,high output,block regular,reliable,safe,no noise,no dust etc.
For granite quarry,we use rubber wire for middle hard granite and rubber+spring wire for hard granite,this assembly can protect the wire rope very well and increase the wire’s strength.
Recommendations:
For granite quarry, the cables are in general fitting by injection of vulcanized rubber, the advantage is better adheres to the beads and support cable,which protect it better from the action of abrasive pastes. The rubber wire easily withstands increases in temperature caused by badly controlled water spraying is power 11-75KW. The water spraying between 25-50 L/min according to the cut dimension.
