Performance and features

Synthetic fiber hoisting webbing sling (referred as “Reliable Webbing Sling” below) is light, soft, durable, non-conductive, corrosion resistant and high safely coefficient. Reliable Webbing Sling is a good substitute of the steel wire rigging and chain rigging.

Main usage and application range

Reliable Webbing Sling is mainly used in the fields of mechanical working, harbour handling, shipbuilding, power installing, space flight and aviation, etc. The WLL (Weight Loading Limited) of Reliable Webbing Sling ranges from 1t to 100t.

Working conditions

The working temperature of Reliable Webbing Sling ranges from -40°C to +100°C.But when using the polypropylene webbing sling, attentions should be paid that the temperature of working environment ranges from -40 centigrade to +80 centigrade. Reliable Webbing Sling is strictly forbidden to be used in higher temperature or in special environments like working with molten metal, acid, glass sheets, breakable articles and nuclear reactor.

Installing and debugging

Reliable Webbing Sling should not be hitched in anyplace but in the stress center position of the hook, two Reliable Webbing Slings should be hitched symmetrically on both sides of the home position of double hook as the third picture indicates below. Four Reliable Webbing Slings should be hitched in twice symmetrically on both sides of the home position of double hook and no overlap or extrusion.

When using two or four Reliable Webbing Slings at the same time, and there is no special requirements about the mean square error, the allowable deviation of nominal length should not exceed the formulation standard of Reliable Webbing Sling. The following list shows the calculation of coefficient between the angle and limit of application while using several Reliable Webbing Slings.

Trial operation should be done to each Reliable Webbing Sling, the point to hitch the webbing

slings should be in the same vartical line of lifted weight’s center of gravity. Enough radius of

curvature is necessary for Reliable Webbing Sling.

Neither tying a knot nor linking by tying a knot while using Reliable Webbing Slings, Special

connections are required to connect two webbing slings.

Operation

The WLL and application should be based on the result of the test, overload is strictly prohibited.

No crossover, torsion, knotting or twisting of the webbing sling. Stop using it when a visible damage appears.

No pulling and no shaking to the webbing sling when lifting. And it’s prohibited to keep lifting goods on webbing sling for long time

Protecting jacket or protect horn is necessary when the goods has any sharp corner.
