Can you supply parts for these machines, please? I'm having a problem locating a replacement oil level window, a clear plastic plug about 3cm across which screws into the upright beam near the on/off switch. The UK agents cannot get one, and Weibang haven't answered four emails! I'm unable to use an otherwise perfectly good machine for lack of this tiny part.
