Application:

It is our typical cleaning product specially for cleaning Ceramic anilox roll, metal anilox roll, gravure machine roll or other metallic products. Wire brush/ stainless wire brush is special for cleaning Ceramic anilox roll, and copper wire brush is special for metal mesh anilox roll and gravure machine roll.

Select direction:

The copper’ hardness is relatively soft, if it is used for cleaning ceramic surface hardness of great words, it is easy to break wires and plug mesh, which can only be used for cleaning the hardness is relatively soft chrome-plated mental anilox and gravure roller. The another brush, stainless wire brush, much harder the copper type, if be used for cleaning mental anilox rolls or gravure version of the case, will hurt the surface ot cause abrasive or scratch surface, which can only be used for cleaning relatively harder goods, like ceramic anilox roller.

Usage:

Pour defined mount special cleaning agent, use the products wire brush or copper brush cleaning the surface in circle round way until clean out the whole and than cleaning that with water, at last you should dry out the surface, such as with compressed air.

Attention:

1. The cleaning work should be done after the machine stop working, in case for ink drying in mesh.
2. About the cleaning agent, ordinary we choose special chemical type.
3. The clean work should be done after cleaning agent in roll becoming foam.
4. The last work is cleaning it with water and dries it.
