Three Grades

1.Red

The wheel in red is used for manual machine. The advantage is high hardness, long product life, well wallop resistant and could suit the working condition under which the pressure changes continually.

2.Gray

The wheel in gray is a little softer than red. The cutting efficiency is strong and could be used for automatic decoating product line. At present, SAINT GOBAIN (Processing partner of SGH), CSG HOLDING, FUYAO Group, XINYI GLASS HOLDING LIMITED, SHANGHAI ,YAOHUA PILKINGTON are all using this gray.But since the hardness of our decoating wheel is higher than overseas product, decoating efficiency strong than others obviously, so the using parameter should be adjusted. Our suggestion is: Pressure: 1.4-1.8Mpa, Rotate Speed: 1800-1900RPM (19-20m/s). Depending on the aging situation of the machine, if the rubber roll doesn’t flat, it will cause shake of the low-e glass, if meet this situation, we advise to lower the pressure or change to our decoating wheel in brown. Furthermore, the lower pressure will prolong the product life of the decoating wheel greatly.

3.Brown

The wheel in brown is a little sofer than the gray. The cutting efficiency is a little weaker than the gray. The usage parameter such as pressure and rotate speed are the same as the gray.
