Automatic back chamfering tools

The working priinciple of this tool is similar to back spot facing tool. In reverse rotation of the spindle, it enters the hole. In forward direction, in combination with feed, it back chamfers. It retracts from the hole in reverse direction.Instead of square insert, triangular inserts, which are available off-the-shelf, are used. It is ideal for machines with auto-cycle, where no human intervention is desirable in the entire sequence of machining. The tool produces uniform chamfer.
