BX/BJ SERIES FULL CONE NOZZLES / X-VANE

Features: with ' X -vane ' inside, BX/BJ series full cone nozzles support evenly atomization and wide passages which can decrease clog effectively and was widely used in cooling of steel casting devices all over the world. BX series full cone spray nozzle need to cope with a connector in 3/8'' and a mounting nut for fixed. Such a design of installation is mainly for easier release and cleaning when clogging happened.

Nozzle installation: VEC flange filter

Simple figure and large passage make it convenience in daily cleaning and maintenance. Even in a high temperature condition of the steel industry no dimensional change will happened by thermal expansion or cold shrink for its firmly fixed between vane and body. X-vane always be the most recommended design no matter in steel industry or other various kinds of industrial spray nozzle application.

Capacity range: from 1.49 to 7.43 liter per minute at pressure of 3 bar
