Scope of application(tools):

1. general glass assemble,such as glass,window,and door
2. sealing,repairing and bonding the joint of other construction materials,such as aluminum,tile,some plastic and wood
3. other building or industry

Suggested Use Materials:

• Epoxies, Acrylics, Silicones, Polyesters.
• Epoxy Acrylates, Hybrids, Urethanes.
• Polysulfides, foams, Polymers, polyureas

Operating Instructions:

Load Sealant Pack:

1. Piston Operated Cartridge Applicator

l Remove the front cap.

l Using the cartridge, push the plunger down the barrel until it will go no further.

l Tightly replace the front cap.

1. Sachet Applicator

l Ensure the desired nozzle is fitted to the front cap.

l Using a new sachet, push the floating plunger down the barrel until it will go no further.

l Cleanly cut off the end of the sachet or crimped clip where present.

l Tightly replace the front cap.

Operation of the trigger:

By pulling the trigger, a cushion of compressed air builds up inside the applicator to initiate the flow of sealant. On releasing the trigger, the sealant flow ceases as the compressed air escapes rapidly by a silenced quick exhaust valve at the rear of the gun..

Caution:

1. Always disconnect the air line prior to dismantling the applicator.
2. To ensure trouble-free operation of the applicator, it should be wiped clean of all sealant residue after use with the sealant manufacturers recommended solvent.
3. Front caps should always be secured tightly during use.
4. It is recommended that safety spectacles are worn when using all pneumatic tools.
