The bit should be kept indoor with dry and well ventilated conditions at 10-30°C and kept from sunshine and rain. Stored under such conditions, quality of the bit is guaranteed for 4 years.

Cautions:

1.Please select the applicable formation and parameters according to the instructions.

2.Surface equipment and mud proterty must meet the requirement of drilling operation. Tripping and drilling must be smooth.

3.Bottom hole must be clean and bit mustn't be used for long section reaming.

4.Never heat the bit (e.g.welding,boiling and firing).Don't soak new bit in oil or force the cone to rotate.

5.Always use the nozzle made by Tengda and install them according to the specified procedures.Never use

defective nozzles with erosive marks, breaches or cracks,etc.

6.Drilling operator should analyze and judge downhole conditions at all times after the bit has been used for a certain period of time. ROP too low indicates compacts(teeth)are severely worn and the bit must not be used anymore. Bit should be pulled out and have the nozzles and watercourse checked if pump pressure changes suddenly.
